The Ecobond
System
Non-traditional soil stabilization that transforms in-situ materials into high-performance surfaces. The technology at the heart of everything PIT Holdings does.
How Ecobond Works
Ecobond is a three-component soil stabilization system. Unlike traditional methods that import aggregate materials, Ecobond works with the existing soil on-site - chemically transforming it into a high-strength, weather-resistant surface.
The system uses EB#2 Resin to penetrate and bind soil particles, EB#3 Activator to catalyze the chemical reaction, and EB#4 Bitumen Emulsion to seal and protect the stabilized surface.
Chemical Transformation
Ecobond creates molecular bonds between soil particles - not just mechanical compaction. The result is a material stronger than the original soil and comparable to conventional aggregates.

Why Ecobond
Massive Cost Savings
Eliminating aggregate haulage - often the single largest project cost - reduces total infrastructure spend by up to 60% compared to conventional methods.
Soil-Agnostic
Ecobond works with virtually any soil type - clay, sand, laterite, gravel. The chemistry adapts to the material, not the other way around.
Climate Independent
Performs consistently from tropical to arid to temperate climates. Temperature and humidity variations don't compromise the stabilization chemistry.
